The construction of any object is a very complicated process. It begins long before the first brick is purchased for the construction of a building or pouring of the foundation. The starting point is the development of the project. All work carried out on construction is in accordance with it.

The accuracy and correctness of the design and the mandatory conditions that allow for quick construction without modifications: to meet these conditions, you must have all of the original data. These include the following:

Initial data for design
  • Title documents.
  • The lease agreement or the certificate of ownership of the land and buildings located on it.
  • Visa subject matter:
    issued by the relevant authorities in the manner specified by the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "On Architectural Activity in the Russian Federation" and other established standards and requirements.
  • Documents that define the specific parameters of the project and the restrictions imposed on it.
  • These include architectural and planning assignment (APZ) and technical specifications (TU).
  • TU can be divided into the following types:
    • engineering (for connection to electricity, gas, and water networks);
    • regulatory (from Sanitary and Epidemiological, MES, Monuments Protection Society and other organizations).
  • Documents with the results of surveys of physical and geometrical properties and characteristics of the land and buildings located on it (for reconstruction).
    These include:
    • Surveying.
      a topographical plan of the site and the surrounding area with marked underground utility networks.
    • Geology of the site.
      It includes data on physical-mechanical properties of soil at the construction site.
    • Calculation of the slope.
      A document containing information on the physical and mechanical properties of the soil, details of the potential slip plane of the mass of the slope, the magnitude of lateral pressure on the stop portion.
    • Measurements and Technical inspection of the building.
      Documents which give status information on the reconstructed object.
  • Design assignment.
    Contains a list of the customer's requirements for the object in graphic or text form (for the construction of walls, floor space, equipment, and other heating methods).
