Lead Design Engineer

Requirements:
- Higher education in construction.
- Experience in the appropriate position for at least 5 years.
- Experience of design in Moscow or the Moscow region.
- Experience in developing complete sets of drawings marks the CM, CL, CD for non-standard decisions.
- Experience in structural engineering: calculating loads, foundations, columns, beams, etc.
- Experience in design of translucent structures, ventilated facades, etc.
- Experience calculating loads, connecting nodes.
- Design drawings in accordance with the standards and requirements of the design.
- Joint and / or independent development of a specific amount of project documentation.
- Perform complex calculations.
- Knowledge of design standards (SNIP, ESKD, PPB).
- Knowledge of modern building materials and technologies in construction.
- Knowledge of PDE systems, agents and VC are welcome.
- Interaction with related departments.
- Good knowledge of PC (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, MagiCAD, Lira, SCAD Office, other settlement programs).

Conditions:
- Level of compensation package - from 60 000 - 80 000 rubles. (to be discussed with the final candidate).
- Willingness to travel (to all clients in Moscow).
- Offices in m. Slavic Boulevard (corporate transportation service).
- Registration and social security in accordance with the Labour Code.
- Full-time, 5/2 time schedule from 9:00 to 18:00.

Chief project engineer (external engineering networks)

Requirements:
- Higher education in construction.
- Experience in positions as chief project engineer, or Deputy Chief Engineer for design at least 5 years.
- Experience as an engineer in design of external engineering networks.
- Design experience in Moscow or the Moscow region.
- Experience in coordination with the operating organizations (MIPC, IAC, Mosvodostok MOESK, OKE).
- Experience passing GAU "Mosgosekspertiza".
- Experience in coordination of OPS.
- Experience adjustments TU.
- Experience in obtaining STU.
- Management skills.
- Good knowledge of PC (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD).
