Designing of the country complex "Cranes"

Specialists of the management company "D-Holding" designed the suburban complex "Cranes".

Upon request of the "Peshelansky gypsum plant", experts of the management company "D-Holding" are developing a set of design estimates and working documentation for the construction of the suburban complex "Cranes". The facility will be located on a total area of 137,000 m² in the Gagarin Shatkovsky District of the Nizhny Novgorod region. Our specialists will prepare a set of initial permits, as well as the planning and organization of the property and a master plan for the complex.

The team at "D-Holding" will develop architectural solutions for 29 buildings with a total area of 6566.4 square meters. Including:

• two-storey and three-storey residential buildings (with areas of 110 m² and 1350 m² respectively).
• multi-storeyed objects: administrative building, residential buildings (ranging from 81 to 349.7 m²), a medical clinic (113.6 m²), restaurant-cafe (1118.8 m²), storage, laundry room with boiler, clubs, and a transformer substation.

The course of the project will be prepared by the general budget calculation of construction and installation works and materials, design and space-planning decisions of foundations, walls, floors, ceilings and roofs of buildings.

The specialists of "D-Holding" also developed the concept of general improvement of the territory, including the organization of footpaths, pavements, asphalt concrete pavement for vehicle entrance and small architectural stylistic forms. Our team will design systems and networks of water, electricity, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning. There will also be a list of measures drawn up for environmental protection, and fire safety of the object.

Construction of object provides the use of materials produced by "Peshelansky gypsum plant." These products are environmentally safe, durable and of high quality. Its use significantly increases the speed of installation and finishing, as well as significantly reduces costs.

The project will allow residents of the country throughout the year to rest their bodys and souls in comfortable LC "Cranes", located in a scenic, ecological zone of pine trees. Nearby there are deposits of medical mud and mineral water, with which it is possible to carry out various treatments.
