ZK "Cranes" is located in the picturesque, ecological zone of pine forest. Nearby are deposits of medical mud and mineral water, the basis of which sanitary medical procedures will be carried out. It is planned as an organization for children's summer, and year-round family and corporate rest and treatment.

The design of the complex is mainly based on materials from the Peshelanskogo gypsum plant. They differ in environmental friendliness, durability and surface quality, but also can increase the speed of installation and completion and provide cost savings.
